London, United Kingdom. Biannual fashion publication Love magazine has appointed stylist and long-time contributor Panos Yiapanis as fashion director-at-large, reporting directly to Katie Grand.
Love magazine was created by British stylist and fashion journalist Katie Grand in 2009 and is owned by Condé Nast, owner and distributer of Vogue, GQ, The New Yorker and Vanity Fair, to name a few. Grand herself was named one of the most powerful stylists in the world by The Daily Telegraph.
Over the last couple of years Yiapanis has contributed to four issues of the magazine; while also creating his individual, dark romantic aesthetic with nods to youth and counter culture, and helped him create a diverse portfolio, including advertising campaigns for Roberto Cavalli, Calvin Klein, Chanel and Rick Ownes.
Yiapanis originally came to London to study sculpture before befriending Corinne Day (fashion photographer) who introduced him to the fashion industry.
